3. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not prohibited from receiving services under Danish or EU laws

  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedules
  • Warranty and maintenance provisions
  • Permitting and regulatory compliance

5.3 Maintenance Services

Ongoing maintenance and support services are provided under separate maintenance agreements with specific terms and service level commitments.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and financing arrangements through approved partners. Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts.

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Danish law. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and legal action to collect outstanding amounts.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Equipment Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to customers. We assist with warranty claims but are not liable for manufacturer warranty performance.

7.2 Installation Warranties

We provide warranties on our installation workmanship as specified in individual contracts, typically ranging from 5-10 years depending on the type of installation.

7.3 Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific service warranties are detailed in individual service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Equipment performance depends on various factors including weather, maintenance, and usage patterns

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Course EON or our licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

14. Compliance with Laws

  • Electrical installation standards
  • Environmental and energy efficiency regulations
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Data protection regulations (GDPR)

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals for installations on their property.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with Copenhagen as the agreed venue.

15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before resorting to court proceedings, we encourage resolution through direct negotiation or mediation through recognized Danish mediation services.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

17. Severability
